薪酬待遇:不低于150萬元。
科研經(jīng)費:提供科研啟動和平臺建設經(jīng)費,理工類最高1000萬,人文社科或經(jīng)管類最高300萬。
生活待遇:提供150平米左右永久性住房,協(xié)助解決配偶工作、子女入學等。
領軍人才 1.教學成果和教育質量突出,在學生培養(yǎng)方面有突出貢獻的專家學者;學術造詣高深,在學科領域具有重要影響、科學研究取得國內(nèi)外同行公認的重要成就、具有較強領導能力帶領團隊協(xié)同攻關的領軍人才。
2. 年齡一般不超過55周歲。
聘任崗位:聘任為二級教授、博導,支持組建團隊。
薪酬待遇:不低于100萬元。
科研經(jīng)費:提供科研啟動和平臺建設經(jīng)費,理工類最高500萬,人文社科或經(jīng)管類最高150萬。
生活待遇:提供120平米左右永久性住房,協(xié)助解決配偶工作、子女入學等。
卓越人才 1. 在相關領域獲得較高學術成就、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ、具有協(xié)助本學科趕超或保持國際先進水平能力的優(yōu)秀青年學術帶頭人。
2. 理工類一般不超過42周歲,人文社科或經(jīng)管類一般不超過45周歲。
聘任崗位:聘任為四級教授、博導,支持組建團隊。
薪酬待遇:不低于60萬元。
科研經(jīng)費:提供科研啟動和平臺建設經(jīng)費,理工類最高150萬,人文社科或經(jīng)管類最高50萬。
生活待遇:提供60平米左右周轉住房,協(xié)助解決子女入學等。
優(yōu)秀人才 1. 已取得突出成果的優(yōu)秀科研人員、博士后、博士(具體標準可咨詢)。
2. 理工類一般不超過35周歲,人文社科或經(jīng)管類一般不超過38周歲。
聘任崗位:聘任為校聘教授、博導。
薪酬待遇:不低于35萬元。
科研經(jīng)費:提供科研啟動和平臺建設經(jīng)費,理工類最高100萬,人文社科或經(jīng)管類最高30萬。 生活待遇:提供50萬住房津貼,協(xié)助解決子女入學等。

Creating a High-level Multi-tiered Discipline Structure with Distinctive Features and Cross Collaboration 

Guided by the major demands of Beijing’s economic and social development, and in light of its own characteristics and advantages, BJUT pursues the leapfrog development of its disciplines by placing a great emphasis on its world-class disciplinary cluster of Modern Urban Construction and Environmental Engineering, while strengthening painstakingly its core disciplines and supporting disciplines. Position: Second-level Professor and Doctoral Supervisor (with support for team-building).
Salary PackageNo less than 1 million RMB.

Outstanding Experts 1. Outstanding young scholars who have relatively high academic achievements, a great innovative potential, and the capability to promote or lead the relevant disciplines towards a world-class level.
2. Age limit of up to 42 years old for experts in science and engineering, and up to 45 years old for experts in humanities, social sciences, economics and management.
Position: Fourth-level Professor & Doctoral Supervisor (with support for team-building).
Salary PackageNo less than 600,000 RMB.
Research FundsUp to 1.5 million RMB for talents in science and engineering; up to 500,000 RMB for talents in humanities, social sciences, economics and management.
BenefitsTemporary housing of about 60 square meters; assistance in the arrangement of children’s education, etc.
Excellent Experts 1. Excellent researchers, post-doctors, and PhDs (specific standards upon inquiries).
2. Age limit of up to 35 years old for experts in the sciences and engineering, and up to 38 years old for experts in the humanities, social sciences, economics and management.

Salary PackageNo less than 350,000 RMB.
