北京大學(xué)南南合作與發(fā)展學(xué)院（“南南學(xué)院”）現(xiàn)提供多領(lǐng)域、不同層次的教研職位（tenure-track）。本次招聘不限制申請(qǐng)人的專業(yè)領(lǐng)域和職稱。本職位也誠(chéng)邀資深候選人申請(qǐng)。通常而言，南南學(xué)院的教研人員需對(duì)有關(guān)國(guó)際發(fā)展的問(wèn)題有一定的教學(xué)或研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)。該職位的入職時(shí)間為2024年9月。

南南學(xué)院為發(fā)展中國(guó)家公共部門的中高級(jí)公務(wù)人員提供學(xué)位課程（公共管理碩士和國(guó)家發(fā)展博士）。學(xué)院的教學(xué)語(yǔ)言為英語(yǔ)。

南南學(xué)院的所有全職教授同時(shí)也是北京大學(xué)國(guó)家發(fā)展研究院的教授，并享有相應(yīng)的學(xué)術(shù)支持，如舉辦和參與學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)/會(huì)議，開(kāi)設(shè)本科生或?qū)W術(shù)研究生課程，參與招收和指導(dǎo)本科生與研究生等。

所有空缺職位均要求候選人在聘任時(shí)已獲得社會(huì)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位（如經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、政治學(xué)、公共管理學(xué)、公共政策學(xué)、行政學(xué)等）。

南南學(xué)院的日常教學(xué)工作量為每年兩門3學(xué)分的課程。南南學(xué)院會(huì)根據(jù)被錄取者的資質(zhì)提供富有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪水和待遇，與國(guó)家發(fā)展研究院相一致。

Full-time tenure-track faculty positions

Job Description

The Institute of South-South Cooperation and Development (ISSCAD), based at Peking University in Beijing, is now looking for candidates to fill tenure-track positions with appointment beginning in September 2024. The field and the rank are open. We strongly encourage experienced candidates to apply. We also expect candidates to have experience in doing research in an international development context.

The Institute provides degree programs (Master in Public Administration and Ph.D. in National Development) to mid-career or senior professionals of public sectors from developing countries. The language of instruction at the Institute is English.

Faculty members of the Institute are also on the faculty of the National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University and receive research support from NSD. Faculty members of the Institute also routinely host academic workshops/conferences, offer undergraduate or graduate level courses, as well as recruit and supervise

undergraduate and/or academic graduate students at NSD. A doctorate degree in social science (e.g., economics, political science, government, public policy, public administration) is required by the time of appointment.

The normal teaching load is two 3-credit courses per year. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with candidates' qualifications and experiences, in alignment with those at NSD.
