Announcement of "Shennong Scholar" International Young Talent Forum at Hunan Agricultural University 

湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)是農(nóng)業(yè)部與湖南省人民政府共建大學(xué)，是湖南省省屬重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，是國(guó)家“2011”協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心牽頭建設(shè)單位，是一所特色鮮明、優(yōu)勢(shì)突出的高水平教學(xué)研究型大學(xué)。學(xué)校擁有袁隆平、官春云、鄒學(xué)校、印遇龍、陳立云、劉仲華等一批優(yōu)秀科學(xué)家，現(xiàn)有中國(guó)工程院院士3人、雙聘院士6人、美國(guó)科學(xué)院院士2人，高級(jí)職稱專(zhuān)家835人，博士生導(dǎo)師312人，專(zhuān)任教師1392人。設(shè)有20個(gè)學(xué)院、1個(gè)研究生院，有在校普通全日制本科生27576人、研究生4734人；有博士后科研流動(dòng)站9個(gè)，博士學(xué)位授權(quán)一級(jí)學(xué)科11個(gè)，碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)一級(jí)學(xué)科21個(gè)；有國(guó)家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科1個(gè)，省優(yōu)勢(shì)特色學(xué)科2個(gè)，省部級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科16個(gè)。動(dòng)植物科學(xué)領(lǐng)域、農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的ESI學(xué)科排名進(jìn)入全球前1%。 

Hunan Agricultural University (HUNAU), is a key provincial university under the co-construction of the Ministry of Agriculture of China and the Hunan Provincial Government, a leading construction unit of National "2011" Collaborative Innovation Center, as well as a high level teaching and research university with distinctive features and prominent advantages. HUNAU has a number of outstanding scientists, including Yuan Longping, Guan Chunyun，Zou Xuexiao，Yin Yulong，Chen Liyun and Liu Zhonghua. Currently, there are 3 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 6 external (doubly hired) academicians ，2 members of the US National Academy of Sciences, 835professors including 312 doctoral supervisors and 1392 full-time teachers. HUNAU has 20 undergraduate colleges and 1 graduate college, with 27576 undergraduate students and 4734 graduate students. It has 9 post-doctoral research stations, 11 first-level disciplines authorized for doctor's degree and 21 first-level disciplines authorized for master's degree. It has 1 national key discipline, 2 provincial preponderant characteristic disciplines, as well as 16 provincial and ministerial key disciplines. 2 discipline fields of plant and animal science and agricultural science reached the global top 1% in the Essential Science Indicators (ESI) discipline ranking list. 

為營(yíng)造濃厚的學(xué)術(shù)氛圍，搭建海內(nèi)外青年學(xué)者學(xué)術(shù)交流和成果展示的平臺(tái)，增進(jìn)海內(nèi)外青年才俊對(duì)學(xué)校的全面了解，吸引優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者來(lái)校發(fā)展創(chuàng)業(yè)，特于2019年12月26日舉辦第二屆“神農(nóng)學(xué)者”國(guó)際青年人才論壇。 

The second "Shennong Scholar" International Young Talent Forum will be held on December 26, 2019, so as to create a strong academic atmosphere, to set up a platform of academic exchange and achievement exhibition for young scholars from domestic and overseas, to better introduce HUNAU, and to attract outstanding young scholars to join the university. 

邀請(qǐng)學(xué)科方向：作物學(xué)、園藝學(xué)、生物學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)資源與環(huán)境、植物保護(hù)、生態(tài)學(xué)、畜牧學(xué)、獸醫(yī)學(xué)、農(nóng)林經(jīng)濟(jì)管理、公共管理、草學(xué)、水產(chǎn)、食品科學(xué)與工程、環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程、農(nóng)業(yè)工程等。 

Invited Disciplines: Crop Science, Horticulture, Biology, Agricultural Resources and Environment, Plant Protection, Ecology, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture-Forest Economic Management, Public Administration, Grass Science, Aquatic Science, Food Science and Engineering, Environmental Science and Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, etc. 

邀請(qǐng)對(duì)象條件要求：（1）年齡不超過(guò)35歲，特別優(yōu)秀者可不做要求；（2）具有海內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)博士學(xué)位，并有3年以上連續(xù)海外學(xué)習(xí)、科研工作經(jīng)歷；（3）在相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域取得一定成績(jī)或具有發(fā)展?jié)摿�；�?）有意愿全職加盟湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)或與湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)合作申請(qǐng)國(guó)家“****”、“長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者”等人才項(xiàng)目。 

Requirements for invited scholars: (1) below 35 years old， excellent candidate over 35 can be also considered; (2) a doctor's degree from well-known universities at home and abroad, and overseas experience over 3 years of continuous study and research; (3) certain achievements or development potential in relevant disciplines; (4) willing to hold a full-time position at HUNAU or cooperate with the university to jointly apply for national talent projects like "Thousand Talents Plan" and "Yangtze Scholars", etc. 

申請(qǐng)者填寫(xiě)個(gè)人資料，報(bào)名參加青年學(xué)者論壇活動(dòng)，經(jīng)學(xué)校確認(rèn)邀請(qǐng)參會(huì)的，可獲得參會(huì)往返的交通和食宿補(bǔ)助（參會(huì)學(xué)者最高報(bào)銷(xiāo)18000元人民幣，按財(cái)務(wù)政策實(shí)報(bào)實(shí)銷(xiāo)，根據(jù)國(guó)家規(guī)定機(jī)票限報(bào)經(jīng)濟(jì)艙）。 

The registered applicants who have been officially invited by the university, can obtain allowance of a round-trip transportation and accommodation (It will be a cost-based reimbursement with a maximum of 18,000 Yuan RMB. In addition, only the economy class air ticket can be reimbursed).
