一、招聘學(xué)科專業(yè)要求

人文與藝術(shù)學(xué)科相關(guān)專業(yè)背景。

二、應(yīng)聘條件及薪酬待遇

1、應(yīng)聘條件

（1）遵守中華人民共和國憲法和法律，熱愛教育事業(yè)，具有良好的個人品質(zhì)和高尚的職業(yè)道德，身心健康，愛崗敬業(yè)。

（2）具有先進(jìn)的高等教育理念和前瞻性、戰(zhàn)略性思維，發(fā)展思路清晰，對高校通識教育有深刻認(rèn)識和豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗，具備開展高水平通識教育所需要的專業(yè)知識、組織能力和管理水平。具有國內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)等組織管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。

（3）應(yīng)聘者原則上應(yīng)具有博士學(xué)位、正高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱。對于在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域有一定影響力和知名度的專家，可適當(dāng)降低學(xué)位與職稱要求。

（4）應(yīng)聘者年齡原則上要求50周歲以下。對于省部級以上人才計劃（項目）入選者，或?qū)W界業(yè)界公認(rèn)的高水平專業(yè)人才，可適當(dāng)放寬年齡要求。

（5）聘期內(nèi)全職到校工作。

2、薪酬待遇

（1）首聘期4年。學(xué)校根據(jù)受聘者的學(xué)術(shù)業(yè)績和崗位職責(zé)，提供具有競爭力的薪酬待遇并協(xié)助解決住房、子女入學(xué)入托、配偶工作等，詳情面議。

（2）若受聘者為國家特聘教授、教育部“長江學(xué)者”特聘教授、國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者、萬人計劃領(lǐng)軍人才等國家級人才計劃入選者，海外知名大學(xué)長聘教授或具有相當(dāng)水平的學(xué)者，按照高端人才政策提供相應(yīng)待遇。

Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology (NUIST), founded in 1960 and renamed from Nanjing Institute of Meteorology in 2004, was designated as one of the key institutions of higher education in China in 1978, which enjoys the reputation of the cradle of Chinese meteorological talents and has worldwide influence in the field of Geoscience. 1. Major Requirements

  Academic background in the field of Humanity and Arts is required.

2. Candidate Qualifications and Remunerations

(1) Candidate Qualifications

①Candidatesmust adhere to the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, be devoted and passionate to education, have good personal qualities, noble professional ethicsand goodphysicaland mental health.

②Candidates should have the quality of being forward-looking and strategic thinking, having advanced higher education concepts,clear development ideas, profound knowledge and rich practical experience in university general education, possessingprofessional knowledge, organizing and management ability required for the position. Candidates withmanagementexperiencein well-known universities and research institutions at home and abroad are preferred.

③Candidates should hold both doctorate degree and senior professional titles. Candidates who have certain influence and recognition in the academic field at home and abroad will be considered with lower requirements of degree and title.

④In principle, candidates should be under 50 years old. Relaxed limitation on age will be considered forhigh-level candidates who have been enrolled in the Talent Programmes (above provincial level) or whose academic achievement is universally acknowledged.

⑤Candidates should accept full-time contract to work at NUIST.

(2) Remunerations

①The first term of contract is 4 years. Based on the evaluation of candidate’s academic achievements and job obligations, NUIST will provide favorable remunerations and assistance in issues related to house, children education and spouse’s job. Details will be discussed face to face.

②Candidate who have been enrolled in the National Talent Programmes, such asthe National Distinguished Professor, a special professor of the “Changjiang Scholar” of the Ministry of Education, National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Leader Talent of Ten Thousand Talents Plan, etc., or tenured professor from overseas well-known universities or scholars at equivalent academic level, will be offered corresponding welfare according to the NUIST high-level talent policy.
