學院介紹

南京大學天文與空間科學學院是全國高校中歷史最悠久、培養(yǎng)人才最多的天文學專業(yè)院系，在國內(nèi)高校天文學專業(yè)歷次學科評估中名列前茅。學院擁有一支高水平教師隊伍，總體規(guī)模約60人，其中中國科學院院士4名、長江學者特聘教授4名、杰青9名、四青人才11名。學院擁有光學和近紅外太陽爆發(fā)探測望遠鏡以及阿里時域天文臺望遠鏡，正在建設2.5米大視場高分辨率望遠鏡。學院是斯隆數(shù)字化巡天第五期項目正式成員，參與國家天文臺獲取國際望遠鏡觀測時間計劃（TAP）。與法國IRAM研究所、美國哈佛-斯密松天體物理中心建立了合作伙伴關系，擁有NOEMA和SMA望遠鏡觀測時間，不斷以科研創(chuàng)新和國際合作推動學科發(fā)展。

計劃內(nèi)容

為加快推進世界一流大學建設，南京大學在重點學科領域設立"毓秀青年學者"計劃資助項目。依托"毓秀青年學者"計劃，天文與空間科學學院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事天文學各主要研究方向和交叉學科方向原創(chuàng)研究的優(yōu)秀博士畢業(yè)生到學院工作。

1、薪酬標準為30~60萬元/年。按照"基本年薪+激勵年薪"方式執(zhí)行。

2、科研啟動費。入選者到校工作即給予基本科研啟動費10萬元，并可申報學校和學院的競爭性科研項目經(jīng)費30萬元。

3、實行聘期管理。三年為一個聘期，首個聘期內(nèi)的年度考核和聘期考核均為合格及以上可以續(xù)聘一個聘期。總聘期不超過2個。

4、對于工作成績突出的毓秀青年學者，學校將擇優(yōu)選聘進入準聘長聘系列崗位。

申請條件

1、年齡一般不超過35周歲，思想品德端正，身體健康。

2、申請人獲得博士學位的時間一般不超過3年，科研能力突出的優(yōu)秀博士可適當放寬年限要求，但需符合國家關于博士后招收的相關要求。

3、申請人可按應聘須知中的聯(lián)系方式聯(lián)系學院或直接聯(lián)系相關學科方向的教師，獲得合作導師的正式推薦。

4、原則上要求獲得資助后應在6個月內(nèi)到崗工作，受本計劃資助期間須全職在南京大學從事研究工作。

Yu-Xiu Young Scholar Program in School of Astronomy and Space Science,

Nanjing University, Nanjing, China

Description: The School of Astronomy and Space Science at Nanjing University invites applications from qualified candidates for the Yu-Xiu Young Scholar Fellows. Fellows are expected to carry out original research in any field that a faculty member of the School is involved in including high-energy astrophysics, solar physics, galaxy evolution, extra-solar planets, astronautic dynamics, astrometry and space science.

The School is one of the most prestigious Astronomy Schools/Departments in China, and the steady growth has enabled the school to rank highly in all previous China discipline evaluation. It is currently staffed with 60 faculty, including 4 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Science and 4 Changjiang distinguished professors. The school runs a Near-Infrared Solar Eruption Tracer (ONSET) telescope for the solar physics and a Time Domain Observatory (TiDO) for time-domain astronomy. In addition, the school started the construction of 2.5m Wide Field & High-resolution Telescope (WeHoT) in late 2019. It is also a member institute of the SDSS-V project, and has MoU with IRAM, SAO and China TAP Program to access IRAM 30m, NoEMA telescopes, Submillimeter Array and the CFHT as well as P200 telescopes.

Duration: The position is initially for three years, and it can be extended for up to three years more (maximum), depending on the candidate's performance.

Eligibility:

Ø The applicants shall be under 35 years of age, of sound moral principles, and in good health.

Ø The applicants should have obtained a doctoral degree within the recent three years. In the case of excellent applicants who obtained doctoral degree three years ago, one should meet the relevant requirements of China on postdoctoral recruitment.

Ø The applicants shall contact relevant faculty of relevant disciplines on their own initiative for an official recommendation from the cooperative supervisor.

Ø In principle, the successful applicant shall be available for work within 6 months of receiving the fund and guarantee to conduct full-time research.

Included Benefits:

Ø The standard of remuneration is RMB 300,000-600,000 YUAN before Tax per year, depending on the experiences and qualifications.

Ø The start-up research fund: The School and University will provide RMB 100,000 with additional 300,000 YUAN add-on upon approval.

Ø Nanjing University shall select the most outstanding Yuxiu Young Scholars to take part in tenure-track system.
