南京大學(xué)計算機學(xué)科是我國最早建立的計算機學(xué)科之一，學(xué)科整體水平處于國內(nèi)前列，軟件工程、機器學(xué)習(xí)等方向在與國際同臺競爭中形成了特色與優(yōu)勢，在國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)生重要影響。

南京大學(xué)軟件學(xué)院成立于2002年，是首批國家示范性軟件學(xué)院、國家特色化示范性軟件學(xué)院，擁有國家級教學(xué)團隊、國家級實驗教學(xué)示范中心、國家級工程實踐教學(xué)基地，連續(xù)三屆榮獲國家教學(xué)成果二等獎，教學(xué)和科研成果有力支持了軟件工程一級學(xué)科在第四輪學(xué)科評估中獲評A級（江蘇省優(yōu)勢學(xué)科、江蘇省重點學(xué)科）、計算機軟件新技術(shù)國家重點實驗室連續(xù)三次評估優(yōu)秀、計算機科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)科入選國家雙一流學(xué)科建設(shè)行列。學(xué)院立足國際前沿、面向國家重大需求，以發(fā)展與創(chuàng)立新一代軟件工程方法學(xué)與技術(shù)體系、提升關(guān)鍵軟件技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與供給能力為目標(biāo)，圍繞復(fù)雜軟件設(shè)計與自動化、可信軟件與質(zhì)量保障、軟件自適應(yīng)與智能化、網(wǎng)構(gòu)軟件與服務(wù)工程等方向，創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)發(fā)展成效顯著。

一、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)軟件學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事軟件工程學(xué)科教學(xué)、科研與社會服務(wù)工作的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘助理教授、準(zhǔn)聘副教授崗位，崗位總數(shù)不超過5個，特別優(yōu)秀的候選人崗位另議。

二、申請條件

（1）遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規(guī)，熱愛教學(xué)科研事業(yè)；

（3）一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景：具有軟件工程、計算機科學(xué)與技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全等相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位，具有一流教學(xué)科研機構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)；

（4）出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；

（5）突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

The Computer Science program at Nanjing University is one of the earliest established in China. Its strengths in software engineering, machine learning, and other areas have earned it national and international recognitions.

In particular, the Software Institute is among the first batch institutions tapped to set up the Software Engineering major in China. With the vision of promoting innovative software technology development, the institute has established a vibrant community with an international outlook. Distinguished professors from all over the world, along with first-class research facilities, have made the institute’s leading position in national rankings. Those faculty members and students, study, teach, and learn across all the critical research areas in software engineering, especially complex software design & automation, trusted software and quality assurance, software adaptive and intelligent, and network software and service engineering.

1. Description of Openings

The Software Institute of Nanjing University invites applications for tenure-track and tenured faculty positions in all areas of Software Engineering.

The positions are for tenure-track assistant professor or tenure-track associate professor, the total number of positions does not exceed five. Particularly excellent candidates will be discussed separately.

2. Qualifications

Applicants must have a PhD degree in Software Engineering or a related area; postdoctoral experience at world leading institutions will be a plus. A successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the institute through research, teaching, and student mentorship. Therefore, a strong record of research publications and demonstration of teaching ability are also essential. We encourage applications from all ethnic and gender backgrounds.
