一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院是中國高校中歷史悠久、培養(yǎng)人才眾多的藝術(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)院系，學(xué)科水平名列前茅。學(xué)院擁有一支高水平的師資隊伍，具有高級職稱的教師26人，其中長江學(xué)者特聘教授2名、四青人才2名，以及中宣部文化名家暨“四個一”工程、中組部哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)領(lǐng)軍人才、江蘇省“333”工程第一層次各1人，等。學(xué)院與美國布朗大學(xué)、德克薩斯州立大學(xué)、意大利佛羅倫薩大學(xué)、都靈大學(xué)等建立了合作伙伴關(guān)系，主持和參與多項國際合作項目，具有較大的國際影響力。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事藝術(shù)學(xué)領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘副教授1名、準(zhǔn)聘助理教授1名；特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。招聘研究方向包括：

1. 藝術(shù)理論與藝術(shù)史

三、申請條件

3. 一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景：具有相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位，具有一流教學(xué)科研機構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)。其中助理教授原則上要求博士畢業(yè)從事教學(xué)科研2年以上，條件優(yōu)異者可適當(dāng)放寬；準(zhǔn)聘副教授要求博士畢業(yè)從事教學(xué)科研4年以上；

4. 出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強的語言表達(dá)能力；

5. 突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

1. About the School

The School of Arts in Nanjing University has a long history and has cultivated many talents in the field of art. It is one of the top departments in China. The School of Arts has a group of outstanding teachers. Among the 26 faculty members currently in office, there are two Yangtze River distinguished professors and two professors of the young Yangtze River scholars program. The school has established partnerships with Brown University, Texas State University, University of Florence and the University of Turin in Italy, and has hosted and participated in a number of international cooperation projects, which have international influence.

2. Job Openings

The School of Arts of Nanjing University invites applications from outstanding young scholars at home and abroad, who are committed to the research area of major research directions in the field of Art Studies. There are vacancies for one tenure-track assistant professor and one tenure-track associate professors this year. Positions for particularly outstanding high-level talents will be negotiated separately. The research directions to be recruited include the following disciplines:

3. Application Requirements

(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

(2) Bide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;

(3) Have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s). In principle, tenure-track assistant professors are required to have graduated with a PhD degree and engaged in teaching and research for more than 2 years, with appropriate relaxation for those with excellent conditions; tenure-track associate professors are required to have graduated with a PhD degree and engaged in teaching and research for more than 4 years;

(4) Have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;

(5) Demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.
