一、學院介紹

南京大學法學學科肇始于原中央大學法學院（1928年成立）。法學是南京大學重點建設學科之一。法學院始終致力于促進法學教育與研究的發(fā)展，培養(yǎng)出一大批海內(nèi)外知名專家人才。學院現(xiàn)有專任教師69名，含教授30名、副教授27名、研究系列人員12名。學院設有14個研究所（例如，中德法學研究所、中國法律案例研究中心、經(jīng)濟法研究所等）和1個博士后流動站。在全體師生的共同努力下，學院在教育部學科評估中獲評A類學科。學院高度重視國際交流與合作，已和來自美國、英國、德國、法國、日本、澳大利亞以及中國臺灣地區(qū)的多所院校建立了持久密切的人才培養(yǎng)和學術交流關系。

二、招聘崗位設置

南京大學法學院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事法領域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學院工作。本次擬招聘準聘助理教授不超過3名；特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。招聘研究方向包括：

4. 出色的教學能力：應具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎課程和前沿課程的教學能力，掌握良好的教學方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；

Tenure-track Faculty Positions in School of Law,

Nanjing University

1. About the School

The School of Law, Nanjing University initiated from the Law School of National Central University, which was established in 1928. Law is one of the priority disciplines in Nanjing University. Due to its commitment on facilitating Juristic education and research, the school has cultivated many talents in law field, which has been well known nationally and internationally. There are 69 faculty members, including 30 professors, 27 associate professors and 12 researchers. It has 14 research institutions (e.g., the Sino-Deutsch Law Research Institute, the Chinese Law Case Research Center, and Economic Law Research Institute, etc.) and a post-doctoral research station. Due to the efforts of its students and faculty, School of Law, Nanjing University was evaluated as class A on the disciplines ranking of Chinese Ministry of Education. The school attaches great importance to international exchange and cooperation. It has established sustained and close relationships in the fields of talents training and academic exchange with dozens of colleges and universities from the United States, Britain, Germany, France, Japan, Australia, and the Taiwan region.

2. Description of Openings

The School of Law plans to recruit young scholars who aspire to have a career in the field of Jurisprudence. The application is open to scholars from all over the world. There are vacancies for three (maximum) tenure-track assistant professor this year. Higher positions for particularly outstanding scholars are available and application will be considered individually. Specific fields of research open for recruitment are:

3. Conditions for Application

(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

(2) Abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;

(3) Have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s);

(4) Have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;

(5) Demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.

5. Working at Nanjing University

A successful applicant will be provided with:
