一、學(xué)院介紹
南京大學(xué)政府管理學(xué)院是中國(guó)高校中歷史最悠久、培養(yǎng)公共治理類人才最多的教學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu),在海內(nèi)外享有廣泛的學(xué)術(shù)聲譽(yù)。學(xué)院擁有一支高水平的教師隊(duì)伍,一批教師獲得國(guó)家級(jí)和省部級(jí)人才稱號(hào),形成了底蘊(yùn)深厚、重點(diǎn)突出、特色鮮明的學(xué)科發(fā)展格局。學(xué)院擁有多個(gè)部省級(jí)重點(diǎn)研究基地和實(shí)驗(yàn)室,持續(xù)承擔(dān)國(guó)家重大和重點(diǎn)科學(xué)研究項(xiàng)目,學(xué)院與國(guó)外多所著名高校建立了學(xué)術(shù)和學(xué)位培養(yǎng)合作伙伴關(guān)系。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置
南京大學(xué)政府管理學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事公共治理領(lǐng)域重點(diǎn)研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘崗位以準(zhǔn)聘副教授和助理教授為主;特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。招聘研究方向包括:
1. 公共管理方向(準(zhǔn)聘副教授1個(gè));
2. 國(guó)家安全方向(準(zhǔn)聘副教授1個(gè));
3. 政治學(xué)方向(助理教授1個(gè))。
三、申請(qǐng)條件
1. 遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律和法規(guī),熱愛(ài)教學(xué)科研事業(yè);
2. 具有良好的師德師風(fēng),恪守學(xué)術(shù)道德,勤勉工作,無(wú)犯罪記錄,無(wú)違反師德師風(fēng)和學(xué)術(shù)道德懲處記錄;
3. 一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景:具有相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位,具有一流教學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國(guó)際前沿的研究動(dòng)態(tài)。其中準(zhǔn)聘副教授要求博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究4年以上;助理教授要求博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究2年以上。
4. 出色的教學(xué)能力:應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力,掌握良好的教學(xué)方法,具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力;
5. 突出的科研成果顯示度與未來(lái)科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度,對(duì)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn),未來(lái)研究計(jì)劃思路清晰,具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。
6. 較強(qiáng)的學(xué)術(shù)共同體參與能力:能夠在國(guó)內(nèi)外專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)共同體中有積極表現(xiàn),具備有助于教學(xué)和學(xué)術(shù)能力提升的交流互動(dòng)能力。

五、薪酬待遇和相關(guān)工作與生活條件配套
1. 事業(yè)編制崗位或參照事業(yè)編制聘用;
2. 實(shí)行年薪制(具體另行商定);
3. 科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)(具體另行商定);
4. 研究生招生(按照校內(nèi)程序獲得導(dǎo)師資格);
5. 學(xué)校提供短期周轉(zhuǎn)住房和住房補(bǔ)貼,獲聘人可優(yōu)惠購(gòu)買學(xué)校提供的商品房;
6. 協(xié)助解決子女就讀于小學(xué)和中學(xué)。

Tenure-track Faculty Positions in the School of Government,
Nanjing University
I. School Overview
The School of Government at Nanjing University is the oldest teaching and research institution of public governance in China and has the largest number of talented alumni in the field. It is also well-acknowledged around the world. The school has a strong faculty team leading by the scholars with talent titles in the national and provincial levels. The school has drawn a disciplinary development blueprint with profound foundation, outstanding focus, and distinctive characteristics. The school holds several first-class research platforms at the provincial-level and kept undertaking major national research projects. The school has established research and education partnerships with many international institutions. In the construction of "Double First-Class" university, the school is committed to the goal of promoting innovative research in basic theories and outstanding applied studies. It also aims to advance the interdisciplinary development of public governance.
II. Job Description
The School of Government plans to recruit outstanding young talents who are interested in key research directions in the field of public governance from all over the world. The opening positions are mainly for associate and assistant professors. Other high-level positions should be discussed separately. The school is interested in candidates who have research focuses on the following issues:
· Public Administration (one opening with Associate Professor)
· National Security (one opening with Associate Professor)
· Political Science (one opening with Assistant Professor)
III. Qualifications
1. The applicant should abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and love teaching and research.
2. The applicant should act in accordance with the teaching morality and the research ethics, work diligently, have no criminal record, and have no record of punishment for violating the teaching morality and research ethics.
3. The applicant should have first-class academic background: the applicant should possess a doctorate degree in related disciplines, have study and work experience in first-class teaching or research institutions, and be familiar with the research trends. The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.
4. The applicant should have excellent teaching skills: successful candidates should have the ability to teach the fundamental and cutting-edge courses, practice good pedagogy, and have strong communication skills.
5. The applicant should demonstrate scholarly achievements in relevant research areas and show future research potential. Successful candidates should have novel contributions to the relevant research fields and have clear research plans.
6. The applicant should have strong will and ability to serve the academic community: successful candidates should be able to perform actively in international academic communities and have excellent communication skill to improve teaching and research activities.

V. Compensation and Benefits
1. Annual salary system (negotiated separately);
2. Research start-up funding (negotiated separately);
3. Graduate admissions (in accordance with the school rules and procedures);
4. The school provides short-term housing or subsidies. The recruited can purchase the commercial housing units provided by the school at a discount.
5. The school can assist with your children's enrollment in primary and secondary schools.
