一、學院介紹

南京大學化學化工學院是我國最早設(shè)立的化學院系之一，始建于1920年，后由原中央大學化學系和金陵大學化學系合并成立南京大學化學系，1993年成立化學化工學院。學院化學學科為一級學科國家重點學科，在歷次學科評估中均名列前茅。2017、2021年，化學、化學工程與技術(shù)兩個學科均入選國家“雙一流”建設(shè)學科。

學院擁有一支高水平的教師隊伍，總體規(guī)模161人，其中中國科學院院士3名、長江學者特聘教授9名、國家杰出青年科學基金獲得者27名、國家級優(yōu)秀青年人才38名。

學院擁有配位化學國家重點實驗室、生命分析化學國家重點實驗室、介觀化學教育部重點實驗室、高性能高分子材料與技術(shù)教育部重點實驗室、江蘇省先進有機材料重點實驗室等科研平臺。一大批具有國際先進水平的儀器設(shè)備為學院的教學科研活動提供了一流的條件保障。

學院廣泛開展國際學術(shù)交流與合作，與加州大學伯克利分校、密歇根大學、悉尼大學、安大略理工大學等國內(nèi)外多所著名高校、科研機構(gòu)和知名企業(yè)建立了長期的交流合作關(guān)系，成功主辦了一系列國內(nèi)外高水平學術(shù)會議，具有較大的國際影響力。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學化學化工學院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事化學、化學工程與技術(shù)領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學院工作。本次擬招聘準聘副教授、準聘助理教授崗位，招聘總?cè)藬?shù)不超過8人。

準聘副教授崗位研究方向包括：

（1）高靈敏生命分析技術(shù)及裝置的建立

（2）高分子凝聚態(tài)物理（高分子材料理論模擬和實驗基礎(chǔ)研究、可持續(xù)性社會發(fā)展需要的高分子材料物理研究）

（3）綠色化工，擬招聘2人

準聘助理教授崗位研究方向包括：

（1）配位化學

（2）有機合成材料科學

（3）物理化學

（4）微納生命體系分析新方法及新裝置的建立

三、申請條件

3. 一流的學術(shù)背景：具有化學、化學工程與技術(shù)或相關(guān)學科領(lǐng)域的博士學位，具有一流教學科研機構(gòu)的學習、工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)。其中助理教授要求（博士畢業(yè)從事學術(shù)研究兩年以上），準聘副教授要求（博士畢業(yè)從事學術(shù)研究4年以上）；

4. 出色的教學能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學能力，掌握良好的教學方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；

5. 突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學術(shù)潛力。

Tenure-track Faculty Positions in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanjing University

I. About the School

The School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (SCCE) at Nanjing University (NJU) is amongst the oldest colleges and departments in China. The Chemistry Department can be traced back to 1920, and was later amalgamated by the Chemistry Department of the former Central University and the Chemistry Department of the former Jinling University. SCCE was set up in 1993, and is now composed of three departments: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Polymer Science and Engineering. In 2017 and 2021, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Technology were selected into the list of national first-class construction disciplines.

SCCE has 161 faculty members, 3 members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 9 Cheung Kong Scholars of Ministry of Education (MOE), 27 winners of National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 38 national outstanding young talents.

SCCE hosts the State Key Laboratory of Coordination Chemistry, the State Key Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry for Life Science, the Key Laboratory of Mesoscopic Chemistry of Ministry of Education and the Key Laboratory of High Performance Macromolecule Materials and Technology of Ministry of Education.

SCCE has established extensive international cooperation and academic exchanges with foreign institutions. It has hosted and sponsored a number of international conferences, symposiums and workshops on various topics. Many world leading chemists including several Nobel laureates have been invited to present lectures. Faculty members have been regularly invited to give plenary and keynote talks in the international conferences and symposiums.

II. Positions

SCCE seeks outstanding candidates for tenue-track faculty positions.

Tenure-track associate professor positions (up to 4) in the following research fields:

1. Highly sensitive techniques and instrumental for the analysis of life science

2.Condensed matter physics of polymers

l Researches bridging the theoretical simulation and experiments of polymer materials

l Researches on polymer material physics that meet the requirement of sustainable social development)

3. Green chemical engineering

Tenure-track assistant professor positions (up to 4) in the following research fields:

1. Coordination chemistry

2. Synthetic organic materials

3. Physical chemistry

4. New methods and instrumental for the analysis of micro/nano life system

III. Qualifications

The applicant should

(1) Compliance with law and regulations of the People's Republic of China, devoted to teaching and research;

(2) Good professional ethics and noble individual virtues, abide by the academic norms, work with due diligence, have no criminal record and have no record of violating teaching ethics and academic ethics;

(3) Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines. Post-doctoral experience with an extensive publication record in high quality journals, a commitment to excellence in research and teaching. The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree;

(4) Excellent teaching abilities, competent in the core basic courses and the frontier courses of the discipline, good Pedagogy, and good presentation skills;

(5) Outstanding development potential, ability to engage with broader Chemistry / Chemical Engineering themes for the purpose of achieving transformative and translational research gains.

V. Compensation Package and Support

A successful applicant will be provided with:

(1) Competitive salaries: annual salaries will be commensurate with work experience and research performance.

(2) Competitive startup packages: all newly hired tenure-track faculty members will be provided sufficient startup resources and necessary research infrastructures.

(3) Recruit postgraduate and doctoral students.
