一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)物理學(xué)科是我國(guó)最早建立的物理學(xué)科之一，歷經(jīng)百年發(fā)展，學(xué)科方向全、綜合實(shí)力強(qiáng)、國(guó)際影響顯著，在歷次學(xué)科評(píng)估中均名列前茅。學(xué)院擁有一支高水平的教師隊(duì)伍，總體規(guī)模約198 人，其中中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士8名、長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者特聘教授19名、杰青30名、四青人才37名。擁有一批高水平科教平臺(tái)：固體微結(jié)構(gòu)物理國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、近代聲學(xué)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、江蘇省高技術(shù)研究重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（納米技術(shù)）、以及十余個(gè)跨學(xué)科研究所與研究中心；物理教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)中心是國(guó)家物理學(xué)基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科人才培養(yǎng)基地和國(guó)家物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)物理學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事物理領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘1名準(zhǔn)聘助理教授研究方向?yàn)椋?/p>

（1）新能源材料的制備與輸運(yùn)特性；

（2）智能材料及其物性；

（3）光電轉(zhuǎn)化與探測(cè)。

4. 出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專(zhuān)業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力；

5. 突出的科研成果顯示度與未來(lái)科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對(duì)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn)，未來(lái)研究計(jì)劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

Tenure-track Faculty Positions in School of Physics, Nanjing University, China

I. About the School

The School of Physics at Nanjing University is one of the earliest physics disciplines established in China. After the development of a hundred years, the School of Physics has ranked among the best Chinese physics departments with complete disciplines, strong comprehensive strength and remarkable international reputation. Currently, the school has a high-level research team of about 198 faculty members and staffs, including 8 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 19 Cheung Kong Scholars of Ministry of Education (MOE), 30 winners of National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. The school hosts the State Key Laboratory of Solid State Microstructures, the Ministry-of-Education Key Laboratory of Modern Acoustics, the Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Nano Technology, and over ten interdisciplinary research centers. The Teaching Center for Experimental Physics is the base of fostering talents majoring in physics and the State Demonstration Center of Physics Experimental Teaching.

II. Positions

The School of Physics at Nanjing University plans to recruit 1 tenure-track assistant professors from all over the world. Areas of specific interests :

1.Preparation and transport properties of new energy materials

2.Smart materials and their properties

3.Photoelectric conversion and detection

III. Qualifications

The applicant should

(1) Compliance with law and regulations of the People's Republic of China, devoted to teaching and research;

(2) Good professional ethics and noble individual virtues, abide by the academic norms, work with due diligence, have no criminal record and have no record of violating teaching ethics and academic ethics;

(3) Ph.D. in Physics or related disciplines, with study and working experience in first-class research institutions and/or post-doctoral, who is familiar with international cutting-edge research trends in related fields. The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree;

(4) Excellent teaching abilities, competent in the core basic courses and the frontier courses of the discipline, good pedagogy and strong presentation ability;

(5) Scientific research achievements visibility and future development potential: Great achievements in relevant research directions, original views on relevant research fields, clear ideas for future research plans, and good academic potential.

IV. Application Materials Required

(2) At least three personal representative works;

(3) Research plan for the next three to five years;

V. Compensation Package and Support
