一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院的前身為中央大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院，創(chuàng)建于1935年，1949年解放后改名為南京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院，1987年經(jīng)教育部（原國(guó)家教委）批準(zhǔn)重建，成為教育部直屬的第一所綜合性大學(xué)七年制醫(yī)學(xué)院。2012年入選教育部卓越醫(yī)生培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃-拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)杰出的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型臨床學(xué)家和醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)家，辦學(xué)理念和人才培養(yǎng)獨(dú)具特色�，F(xiàn)有臨床醫(yī)學(xué)和基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)一級(jí)學(xué)科博士點(diǎn)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)和口腔醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)和基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)博士后流動(dòng)站。美國(guó)科技信息所的ESI數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)最新統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果顯示：醫(yī)學(xué)院臨床醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科進(jìn)入全球排名前千分之一。

醫(yī)學(xué)院以南京鼓樓醫(yī)院、東部戰(zhàn)區(qū)總醫(yī)院（金陵醫(yī)院）、南京市口腔醫(yī)院、泰康仙林鼓樓醫(yī)院和鹽城市第一人民醫(yī)院、蘇州醫(yī)院作為附屬醫(yī)院，并以南京市各�？漆t(yī)院作為教學(xué)醫(yī)院，師資力量雄厚，現(xiàn)有工程院院士2名，長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者特聘教授3名，杰青3名，國(guó)家級(jí)青年人才11名；博士生導(dǎo)師136人，教授179人，副教授257人；省級(jí)以上人才項(xiàng)目30余人次。

醫(yī)學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科具有鮮明的轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)特色，致力于揭示重大疾病發(fā)生的分子機(jī)制及建立疾病治療的新策略。立足于模式動(dòng)物與疾病研究教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、國(guó)家級(jí)小鼠資源庫(kù)和江蘇省醫(yī)學(xué)分子重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，橫跨兩個(gè)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，具備精良的科研設(shè)施、高水平的技術(shù)平臺(tái)和跨學(xué)科交流的創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)。以解決臨床重大問(wèn)題為導(dǎo)向，創(chuàng)建了各類疾病動(dòng)物模型，在生殖與發(fā)育研究、代謝與衰老研究、腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展機(jī)制與生物治療、自身免疫疾病的發(fā)生與治療等方面已達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。近五年共計(jì)發(fā)表高水平論文600篇 (其中IF>5共350篇)；獲得國(guó)家級(jí)科技類獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)3項(xiàng)，省級(jí)科技類28項(xiàng)；獲得國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)及科技重大項(xiàng)目及課題24項(xiàng)，自然科學(xué)基金100項(xiàng)，省級(jí)自然科學(xué)基金24項(xiàng)。承擔(dān)了大量國(guó)家重大科研項(xiàng)目，多次獲得國(guó)家和部委、省市科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘副教授和準(zhǔn)聘助理教授，總數(shù)4人（準(zhǔn)聘副教授不超1名），研究方向包括：

I. About the School

Medical School of Nanjing University, formerly known as Medical School of National Central University, was originally founded in 1935 and renamed as Medical School of Nanjing University after liberation in 1949. In 1987, the school was rebuilt with the approval of the Ministry of Education (the former State Education Commission) and became the first seven-year medical school of comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of Education. In 2012, it was selected into the Excellent Doctor Training Program of the Ministry of Education - Top-notch Innovative Talent Training Program, which aims to cultivate outstanding leading clinicians and physician scientists with unique educational philosophy and talent training. The school has first-level-discipline doctoral programs in clinical medicine and basic medicine, doctor's degree authorization programs in clinical medicine and stomatology, postdoctoral research stations in clinical medicine and basic medicine. The latest statistics from the ESI database of American Institute of Scientific information show that the clinical medicine discipline of the Medical School is ranked in the top one thousandth of the world.

The affiliated hospitals in Medical School of Nanjing University includes the affiliated Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, the affiliated Jinling Hospital, the affiliated Nanjing Stomatological Hospital, the affiliated Taikang Xianlin Drum Tower Hospital, the affiliated First Hospital Yancheng City and the affiliated Suzhou Hospital. The school also has the specialized subject hospitals in Nanjing as teaching hospitals and qualified teachers. Today, Medical School of Nanjing University has 2 members of Chinese Academy of Engineering, 3 members of Distinguished Professor of Changjiang Scholars, 3 members of National Outstanding Youth, and 11 national young talents; 136 doctoral supervisors, 179 professors, 257 associate professors and more than 30 talent projects above provincial-level.

The discipline of basic medicine in Medical School is characterized by translational medicine, which is committed to revealing the molecular mechanism of major diseases and establishing new strategies for disease treatment. It is based on Ministry of Education Key Laboratory of Model Animal for Disease Study, the National Mouse Resource Bank, Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Molecular Medicine and two state key laboratories, with excellent scientific research facilities, high-level technology platform and interdisciplinary innovation team. In order to solve major clinical problems, the school has created animal models of various diseases, and has reached the international advanced level in the research of reproduction and development, metabolism and aging, tumor development and biological therapy, occurrence and treatment of autoimmune diseases, etc. In the past five years, a total of 600 high-level papers have been published (IF>5 350 papers). It has won 3 national science and technology awards and 28 provincial science and technology awards. It has obtained 24 national key R&D and science and technology major projects and topics, 100 national natural science foundation projects and 24 provincial natural science foundation projects. As a result of undertaking a large number of national major scientific research projects, the medical school has won many national and provincial science and technology awards.

II. Positions

Medical School of University plans to recruit outstanding young talents from all over the world who are interested in major research directions in the field of basic medicine to work in the school. There are four openings at the level of tenure-track associate professor or tenure-track assistant professor (No more than 1 tenure-track associate professor). The candidates are expected to teach and research in the following areas:

(1) Cell biology

(2) Genetic developmental biology

(3) New medical interdiscipline

(4) Immunology

(5) Pathogenic biology

(6) Pharmaceutical Science

III. Qualifications

The applicant should

(1) Compliance with the laws and regulations, enthusiasm in teaching and research;

(2) Compliance with academic integrity and ethics, no criminal record;

(3) First-class academic background: PhD in related subject area, the experience of studying and working in first-class teaching and scientific research institutions, and be familiar with international cutting-edge research trends in related fields. The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.

(4) Excellent teaching ability: teaching core basic courses and cutting-edge courses, mastering good teaching methods, and strong language expression ability;

(5) Outstanding research achievement display and future research development potential: a strong record of research publications, an original view on relevant research field, a clear future research plan, and a good academic potential.
