一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)文學(xué)院是中國(guó)高校中歷史最悠久、培養(yǎng)人才最多的中國(guó)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)專業(yè)院系之一，在歷次學(xué)科評(píng)估中均名列前茅。文學(xué)院擁有一支高水平的教師隊(duì)伍，總體規(guī)模約63人，其中包括8位國(guó)家級(jí)領(lǐng)軍人才。學(xué)院擁有4個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)和省部級(jí)研究中心。學(xué)院與日本東京大學(xué)和早稻田大學(xué)，美國(guó)威斯康星大學(xué)、布朗大學(xué)、哈佛大學(xué)，韓國(guó)高麗大學(xué)，俄羅斯圣彼得堡大學(xué)等建立了合作伙伴關(guān)系，主持和參與多項(xiàng)國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目，具有較大的國(guó)際影響力。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)文學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事中國(guó)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)及戲劇影視藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘崗位以準(zhǔn)聘助理教授為主，崗位總數(shù)原則上不超過(guò)3個(gè)，特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。招聘研究方向包括：

（1）中國(guó)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代文學(xué)

（2）文藝學(xué)

4. 出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力；

5. 突出的科研成果顯示度與未來(lái)科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對(duì)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn)，未來(lái)研究計(jì)劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

Tenure-track Faculty Positions in School of Liberal Arts, Nanjing University, China

I. About the School

The School of Liberal Arts of Nanjing University is one of the first institutions that established the department of Chinese language and literature in China and has cultivated the largest number of distinguished talents in the field. Its program of Chinese language and literature ranks among the top in all the rounds of China Discipline Evaluation (CDE) by the Ministry of Education. The School of Liberal Arts has a group of outstanding teachers with 63 faculty members currently in office including 8 leading scholars at National level. The School is also home to four research centers at National or Provincial level. In addition, the School has formed a partnership with prestigious universities overseas, including Harvard University, Brown University, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the University of Tokyo, Waseda University, Korea University, and Saint Petersburg State University. With its increasing global influence, the School has taken a lead and been involved in many international projects.

II. Job Openings

The School of Liberal Arts of Nanjing University invites applications from outstanding young scholars at home and abroad, who are committed to the research area of Chinese language and literature as well as theater and film studies. The positions to be recruited are mainly tenure-track Associate Professors, and the total number of positions should not exceed 3 in principle. Applications from particularly outstanding scholars will be considered individually. Specific fields of research open for recruitment are:

III. Application Requirements

(1) Applicants should obey the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and love education and scientific research;

(2) Applicants should follow the codes of professional ethics and academic integrity as educators and scholars and be diligent. Applicants should have no criminal records and have received no punishment for professional ethics and academic integrity violations;

(3) Applicants should have top-level academic backgrounds, expected to have obtained doctoral degrees in the relevant fields, have studying and/or working experience at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and be familiar with the cutting-edge scientific research around the globe. Applicants for tenure-track assistant professorships are expected to have engaged in academic research for at least two years after receiving the doctoral degree. Applicants for tenure-track associate professorships are expected to have such experience for four years or above;

(4) Applicants are expected to be skilled in teaching, capable of teaching the core basic courses and frontier courses of their fields with suitable teaching methods and outstanding oral expression;

(5) Applicants are expected to have distinguished research results and the potential for future development in scientific research. Applicants should have well-recognized results and original ideas in their research fields and have clear ideas for future research plans and good potential in academic research.
