一、學(xué)院介紹
南京大學(xué)信息管理學(xué)院是南京大學(xué)歷史最悠久的院系之一,是國內(nèi)A+學(xué)科、雙一流學(xué)科承建單位,擁有情報學(xué)、圖書館學(xué)、檔案學(xué)、出版學(xué)等6個二級學(xué)科,涵蓋本科、碩士、博士和博士后教育的綜合性立體教育,具有良好的品牌專業(yè)建設(shè)和發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,學(xué)科評估和科研綜合水平保持國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先。
二、招聘崗位設(shè)置
南京大學(xué)信息管理學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從信息資源管理領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘2名準(zhǔn)聘副教授,2名準(zhǔn)聘助理教授,研究方向包括:
1. 情報理論與實踐;
2. 圖書館與數(shù)字人文;
3. 檔案管理與電子政務(wù);
4. 數(shù)據(jù)分析與知識服務(wù);
5. 國家安全數(shù)據(jù)管理;
6. 編輯出版與數(shù)字文化產(chǎn)業(yè)。
三、申請條件
1. 遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規(guī),熱愛教學(xué)科研事業(yè);
2. 具有良好的師德師風(fēng),恪守學(xué)術(shù)道德,勤勉工作,無犯罪記錄,無違反師德師風(fēng)和學(xué)術(shù)道德懲處記錄;
3. 一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景:具有相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位,具有一流教學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)。其中準(zhǔn)聘助理教授要求(博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究2年及以上),準(zhǔn)聘副教授要求(博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究4年及以上),特別優(yōu)秀者可以適當(dāng)放寬;
4. 出色的教學(xué)能力:應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力,掌握良好的教學(xué)方法,具有較強(qiáng)的語言表達(dá)能力;
5. 突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度,對相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn),未來研究計劃思路清晰,具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

五、薪酬待遇和相關(guān)工作生活條件配套

Tenure-Track/Tenured Faculty Openings in School of Information Management, Nanjing University, China
I. About the School
The School of Information Management (SIM) is one of the departments and schools with longest history in Nanjing University, accredited as a domestic A+ and double first-class discipline institute by the Ministry of Education, China. SIM currently has six sub-disciplines: information science, library science, archival science, publishing science, information resource management, and national security data management. SIM offers a comprehensive range of degree programs covering undergraduate, master's, doctoral and postdoctoral education. SIM is recognized as a leading academic institution in the area of information science, library science, and some other relevant fields.
II. Positions
SIM invites applications to fill four open tenure-track positions in library science, information science, and archival science. There are two openings at the level of tenure-track associate professor, and two at the level of tenure-track assistant professor. The candidates are expected to teach and research in the following (but not limited to) areas:
(1) Informatics and intelligence study;
(2) Condensed Matter Physics;
(3) Archive management and e-government;
(4) Data analytics and knowledge services;
(5) National security data management;
(6) Editing, publishing, and digital culture industry.
III. Qualifications
(1) Compliance with the laws and regulations and enthusiasm in teaching and research;
(2) Compliance with academic integrity and ethics, and no criminal record;
(3) A Ph.D. in library science, information science, archival science or related disciplines. Postdoctoral experience at world-leading institutions is preferable. Applicants to tenure-track Assistant Professors must have work experience in academic institutions for more than two years. Applicants to tenure-track Associate Professors must have work experience in academic institutions for more than four years. The requirements for particularly excellent applicants can be appropriately relaxed;
(4) A successful applicant will be expected to pursue excellence in research, teaching, and student mentorship;
(5) A strong record of research publications and demonstration of teaching ability is also essential. We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds.

V. Compensation Package and Support
A successful applicant will be provided with:
