一、本系介紹

南京大學(xué)哲學(xué)系是中國(guó)高校中歷史最悠久、培養(yǎng)人才最多的哲學(xué)院系之一，在歷次學(xué)科評(píng)估中均名列前茅。本系擁有一支高水平的教師隊(duì)伍，總體規(guī)模約有 42人，目前有文科資深教授 2 人、教育部“長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者”2 人、青年“長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者”2 人、“青年拔尖人才”4 人、中宣部“四個(gè)一批”人才 2 人、“新世紀(jì)百千萬(wàn)人才工程”國(guó)家級(jí)人選 1 人，國(guó)務(wù)院八部委“百千萬(wàn)人才工程”國(guó)家級(jí)人選1人，享受國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專家 14 人，“馬工程”首席專家 3 人，教育部“跨世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”2 人、“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”6 人等國(guó)家級(jí)人才。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)哲學(xué)系擬面向全球招聘有志于從事哲學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究的優(yōu)秀青年人才。本次擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘助理教授、準(zhǔn)聘副教授總數(shù)不超過(guò)3名，其中準(zhǔn)聘副教授不超過(guò)1名，研究方向包括：

（1）外國(guó)哲學(xué)

（2）邏輯學(xué)

（3）宗教學(xué)

（4）東方哲學(xué)與宗教

（5）科學(xué)技術(shù)哲學(xué)

4. 出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力；

5. 突出的科研成果顯示度與未來(lái)科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對(duì)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn)，未來(lái)研究計(jì)劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

Tenure-track Faculty Jobs Available in the Department of Philosophy, Nanjing University

I. About the Department

The Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Nanjing University (NJU) is widely recognized to be amongst the best in China. We offer a wide range of courses in various branches of philosophy, with strengths in Marxist philosophy, Chinese philosophy, Western philosophy, philosophy of science and technology, logic, ethics, religious studies, and Oriental philosophy and religions.

The Department is home to some prestigious research centers and institutes, including the Center for Studies of Marxist Social Theory, the Diane and Guilford Glazer Institute of Jewish and Israel Studies, the Center for Studies of Confucianism Daoism Buddhism and Traditional Chinese Culture, Institute of Modern Logic and Application, Institute for Phenomenology, etc.

II. Positions

We now have 3 tenure-track associate professors and/or tenure-track assistant professors positions available (the number of positions for tenure-track associate professors should not exceed 1 in principle). Specific fields of research open for recruitment are:

(1) Western Philosophy

(2) Logic

(3) Religious Studies

(4) Eastern Philosophy and Religion

(5) Philosophy of Science and Technology

III. Qualifications

(1) Applicants should abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and show enthusiasm in teaching and scientific research;

(2) Good morals and academic ethics. Diligence, and no criminal record or violation of teachers' morals, records of academic ethics punishment;

(3) Excellent academic background: applicants must have a doctoral degree in a related field as well as working experience in a leading international teaching and research institution, and must be familiar with the state-of-art researches in relevant fields. Assistant Professorship requires at least 2 years of academic research after graduation with a PhD, Associate Professorship requires at least 4 years of academic research after graduation with a PhD;

(4) Excellent teaching skills: the ability to teach both introductory and cutting-edge courses for majors; good teaching methods and communication skills;

(5) Record of outstanding research achievements: Outstanding achievements and original thought in scientific research, a clear vision of future research plans, strong academic development potential.

V. Compensation Package and Support

A successful applicant will be provided with:

(1) An annual salary (to be worked out individually);
