四川大學(xué)匹茲堡學(xué)院簡介:

四川大學(xué)匹茲堡學(xué)院是由四川大學(xué)與美國匹茲堡大學(xué)合作成立的聯(lián)合學(xué)院,是兩所享有國際聲譽(yù)的中美名校強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合進(jìn)行國際化辦學(xué)的新模式。匹茲堡學(xué)院是教育部正式批準(zhǔn)成立的中美大學(xué)合作機(jī)構(gòu)層次的五所學(xué)院之一。學(xué)院采用全英語授課方式,授予工業(yè)工程,機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化,及材料科學(xué)與工程三個(gè)本科學(xué)士學(xué)位。學(xué)院今年6月將迎來首屆本科畢業(yè)生。截至目前,應(yīng)屆本科畢業(yè)生的國內(nèi)外深造率已近90%。其中,錄取我院畢業(yè)生的國外一流大學(xué)包括斯坦福大學(xué)、加州大學(xué)—伯克利分校、康納爾大學(xué)、卡內(nèi)基梅隆大學(xué)、佐治亞理工學(xué)院、密西根大學(xué),伊利諾伊大學(xué)香檳分校等。其中,有多位同學(xué)還獲得了直博錄取和研究生全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

About SCUPI:

As the realization of a new archetype involving institute-scale, collaborative entities developed by leading universities in the U.S. and China, the Sichuan University-Pittsburgh Institute is an academic entity jointly established by Sichuan University (SCU) and the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt). The institute is one of five large-scale partnerships between an American university and a top-rate Chinese university. Having matriculated its first group of 100 freshmen in the fall of 2015, SCUPI now enrolls around 650 undergraduate students in three majors, including Industrial Engineering (IE), Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), Mechanical Engineering (ME).

To enrich our students' international experience, we implement dual-degree programs for our junior and senior students at a number top engineering program in the U.S. This spring we will be celebrating our first cohort of graduating seniors and 90% of them will be going to graduate schools, including master’s and PhD programs at Stanford University, UC Berkeley, University of Michigan, Georgia Technology Institute, Carnegie Mellon University, Cornell University, Columbia University, etc.

The Human Resources Administrator provides personnel and administrative support to SCUPI. During the interaction with faculty, staff and students from the Institute, Sichuan University, and the University of Pittsburgh, the human resources administrator plays an active and supportive role in providing human resources management and administrative support for Institute-wide projects.

Duties and Responsibilities 主要職責(zé):

· Assist foreign faculty members with their visa application, work permit and residence permit application

· Manage recruitment, onboarding and employment termination process

負(fù)責(zé)員工招聘,入職及離職手續(xù)辦理

· Collect and maintain a variety of faculty and staff data

· Greet visitors to SCUPI and coordinate with faculty business trip applications

· Maintain human resources management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

Qualifications 招聘條件:

· Master’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Public Relation, Communications or other related fields, oversea diploma or working/intern experience from an English speaking country preferred

During the interaction with faculty, staff and students from the Institute, Sichuan University, and the University of Pittsburgh, the academic administrator plays an active and supportive role in providing academic-related services and consultations and administrative support for Institute-wide projects.

Duties and Responsibilities 主要職責(zé):

· Act as an interface between the Institute, Sichuan University, and the University of Pittsburgh in addressing academic issues or providing academic information

· Prepare class scheduling, coordinate classrooms, and curriculum support
