Introduction：

山東建筑大學成立于1956年，由山東省和住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設部共同創(chuàng)辦。該校目前有27000多名全日制學生（包括200多名國際學生）。山東建筑大學位于儒家文化的發(fā)祥地山東省，是中國東部沿海的一個文化和經(jīng)濟大省，也是新亞歐大陸橋經(jīng)濟走廊和海上絲綢之路沿線國家和地區(qū)的重要戰(zhàn)略支點。

Shandong Jianzhu University (SJU) was co-founded by Shandong Province and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 1956. The University currently has more than 27,000 full-time students (including over 200 international students). SJU is located in Shandong Province, the birthplace of Confucian culture. Shandong is also a major province of culture and economy along the eastern coast of China and a significant strategic fulcrum of the countries and regions along the Maritime Silk Road and the New Eurasian Continental Bridge Economic Corridor.

校園占地160多公頃，建筑面積66多萬平方米。學校包括20所學院和4個研究院。提供61個本科課程、1個博士后科研流動站、1個博士人才培養(yǎng)項目、17個一級學科碩士點和64個二級學科碩士點。

This university covers an area of more than 160 hectares, with the building area of more than 660,000 square meters. There are twenty schools and four institutes, offering 61 undergraduate programmes, one postdoctoral programme, one PhD programme, 17 first-level master’s programmes and 64 second-level master’s programmers.

我校也是首批有資格在中國招收國際學生的授權大學之一。學校高度重視國際交流與合作。學校以開放的心態(tài)與澳大利亞、美國、新西蘭、英國、加拿大等30多個國家和地區(qū)的80多所大學建立了合作伙伴關系。目前，已經(jīng)設立了八個本科生聯(lián)合項目和20多個學生交流項目。

英語教師資格：

Requirements for English Teachers:

來自英語為母語的國家；

Native English speakers;

一般要求2年以上語言教學經(jīng)驗或取得教育或語言證書；

Generally, it is required to have more than two years of language teaching experience or obtain an education or language certificate;

本科及以上學歷；

Bachelor’s Degree or above;

健康且無犯罪記錄。

Healthy and no criminal records.

英語教師職責：

Responsibilities of English Teachers:

每周16學時（每堂課45分鐘），以口語教學工作量為主；

Workload: 16 class hours per week (45 minutes for each class), mainly spoken language teaching;

參加本系部分教學活動和學校重要活動。

Participating some teaching activities of the school and important activities of the university.

英語教師薪酬：

Remuneration of English Teachers:

工資：學期內每月人民幣8000元-10000元，每學年交通補貼10000元；

Salary: ranging from 8,000 RMB-10,000 RMB per month during semesters and a transporation allowance of 10,000 RMB every school per year;

住宿：學校為外籍教師提供獨立公寓，并提供家用設備和水電補貼。

Accommodation: SJU offers foreign teachers independent apartments with household equipment and water and electricity subsidies.

保險：我們將為每位外籍教師購買意外傷害保險和醫(yī)療保險。

Insurance: We will buy accident insurance and medical insurance for each foreign teacher.

簽證：一旦外教準備好所需的所有文件，我們將幫助外教完成相關手續(xù)（在中國境內因簽證產生的相關費用將予以報銷）。

Visa: Once foreign teacher makes all needed documents well prepared, we will help the foreign teacher to complete relevant procedures (related expenses incurred in China about visa will be reimbursed).

教學科研崗位入職資格：

Requirements for Teachers and Researchers of Related Majors and Fields :

博士學位學歷；

Doctor’s Degree;

研究方向為英語專業(yè)或我校重點緊缺專業(yè)領域；

The research area is English or other key majors and fields where professionals are urgently needed in our university;

有較豐富的高級別研究成果并具有科研潛力；

Applicants are supposed to have rich high-level research achievements and scientific research potential;

健康且無犯罪記錄。

教學科研崗位職責：

Responsibilities of Teachers and Researchers of Related Majors and Fields:

完成合同規(guī)定的教學與科研任務；

Complete the teaching and scientific research tasks specified in the contract;

與團隊展開科研合作；

Carry out scientific research cooperation with research teams；

指導學生展開科研工作。

Guide students to do scientific research work.

教學科研崗位薪酬：

Remuneration of Teachers and Researchers of Related Majors and Fields:

職位：副教授

Position: Associate Professor

工資：年薪20萬元人民幣，每學年國際交通補貼1萬元；

Salary: annual salary of about 200,000 RMB, and an international transportation subsidy of 10,000 RMB per academic year;

科研啟動經(jīng)費：根據(jù)專業(yè)，我們將提供10萬元-20萬元的科研啟動經(jīng)費。

Scientific research start-up funds: according to the specialty, university will provide scientific research start-up funds of 100,000-200,000 RMB.

住宿：學校為外籍教師提供獨立公寓，并提供家用設備和水電補貼。
