Applicants should be the scholars with outstanding achievements and extensive academic recognition by international peers, such as the laureate of Nobel Prize, the winner of Turing Award, Fields Medal or other international awards, the academician of the Academy of Sciences or the Academy of Engineering of developed countries, and other international top scholars.

Positions including Qiushi Distinguished Professor, Qiushi Distinguished Professor for Teaching, Qiushi Distinguished Scholar for Think Tank, Qiushi Distinguished Scholar for Experiments, Qiushi Distinguished Clinician, etc. Applicants with full professorship (or an equivalent title) in aprominent university (Qiushi Distinguished Clinician requires both professor and chief physician in principle); with recognized academic achievements in his/her field of study and capability of leading the discipline to catch up or maintain the international advanced level, and with excellent organizational leadership ability.

任職要求

取得國(guó)內(nèi)外高水平大學(xué)博士學(xué)位，具有國(guó)際高水平大學(xué)助理教授或副教授相當(dāng)學(xué)術(shù)水平；為所從事研究領(lǐng)域的青年拔尖人才，有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人的發(fā)展?jié)摿�，原則上能獨(dú)立發(fā)展一個(gè)符合學(xué)科發(fā)展要求的學(xué)術(shù)方向；自然科學(xué)領(lǐng)域年齡一般在35周歲左右，人文社科領(lǐng)域年齡可適當(dāng)放寬（原則上不超過(guò)40周歲）。

浙江大學(xué)創(chuàng)立于1897年，坐落于中國(guó)歷史文化名城、風(fēng)景旅游勝地杭州。

Established in 1897, Zhejiang University (ZJU) is located in the historical and picturesque city of Hangzhou.

經(jīng)過(guò)一百二十六年的建設(shè)與發(fā)展，學(xué)校已成為一所基礎(chǔ)堅(jiān)實(shí)、實(shí)力雄厚、特色鮮明、在海內(nèi)外有較大影響的研究型、綜合型、創(chuàng)新型大學(xué)，其學(xué)科涵蓋哲學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、法學(xué)、教育學(xué)、文學(xué)、歷史學(xué)、藝術(shù)學(xué)、理學(xué)、工學(xué)、農(nóng)學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、交叉學(xué)科等13個(gè)門類，在ESI全部22個(gè)學(xué)科中，有21個(gè)學(xué)科進(jìn)入世界前1%，10個(gè)學(xué)科進(jìn)入世界前1‰(數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源：ESI，2023.05）。教師中有中國(guó)科學(xué)院全職院士24人、中國(guó)工程院全職院士21人，文科資深教授14人，高層次人才及優(yōu)秀青年人才1600余人。

After over 126 years' development, Zhejiang University has become a comprehensive research university with distinctive features and great impact at home and abroad. Research at Zhejiang University spans 13 academic disciplines, covering philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, art, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, management, and interdisciplinary fields. Of all the 22 disciplines in the list of the Essential Science Indicators (ESI), Zhejiang University has 21 in the world's top 1% and 10 in the top 1‰ (ESI data, May 2023). Among the faculty, there are 24 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and 21 Chinese Academy of Engineering, 14 senior professors of liberal arts, and more than 1600 high-level and outstanding young talents.
