中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海巴斯德研究所病原菌定量基因組學(xué)研究組是一個(gè)快速發(fā)展的研究組（目前有5個(gè)成員，來(lái)自4個(gè)國(guó)家），該研究組通過(guò)分析基因組序列來(lái)研究細(xì)菌病原體的進(jìn)化。目前因工作需要，招聘科研助理一名。

一、崗位名稱(chēng)

二、主要職責(zé)

1.協(xié)助開(kāi)展科學(xué)傳播項(xiàng)目，包括編寫(xiě)科普材料、組織學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議和科研小組等。

2.協(xié)助編寫(xiě)科研文件材料，包括中英翻譯等。

3.負(fù)責(zé)研究組的日常管理，包括經(jīng)費(fèi)預(yù)算，人員管理等。

三、基本條件

1.具有本科及以上學(xué)歷。

2.具有優(yōu)秀的中英文溝通能力。

3.具有相關(guān)科研背景或管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

4.對(duì)遺傳學(xué)和進(jìn)化感興趣,具有工作熱情。

Research Associate Recruitment

The COVID-19 outbreak has increased the interest of the public in pathogen evolution but presenting accurate information in an engaging way is challenging. The statistical genetics of bacteria laboratory at the Institut Pasteur of Shanghai, Chinese Academy of Sciences, is a rapidly growing international group (currently 5 members, 4 nationalities) that analyses genome sequences to study the evolution of bacterial pathogens. 

We are searching for a Research Associate in science communication to take a leading role in communicating the results of the laboratory both to fellow scientists and the general public in China and worldwide. Position Level is flexible according to experience.

Mission :

-Development of science communication projects, including for example writing broadly accessible summaries of scientific papers and organizing scientific meetings and working groups that exploit the new opportunities afforded by modern communication technology. 

-Assist with preparation of scientific documents, including translation from English into Chinese.

-Assist with daily life of the group, including budgeting, personnel matters etc. 

Qualifications

-Bachelor degree or above 

-Excellent English and Chinese communication skills 

-Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial attitude 

-Administrative experience preferred 

-Interest in genetics and evolution
