上海免疫與感染研究所(SIII)是中國科學院直屬事業(yè)單位。研究所致力于為全球公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)，并在全球傳染病防控領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著重要作用。轉(zhuǎn)化性研究是匯聚國際高端人才的重要基地。

The Shanghai Institute of Immunity and Infection (SIII) is a research institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is determined to serve global public health and is an important force active in the field of global infectious disease prevention and control. 其中，病原菌定量基因組學研究組致力于開發(fā)分析大規(guī)�；�因組數(shù)據(jù)集的新方法，從歷史、功能、醫(yī)學、生態(tài)和進化 的角度理解高度重組的細菌物種的遺傳變異的原因和后果。Daniel Falush 教授畢業(yè)于劍橋大學和倫敦大學學院，并曾在東京大學、馬克斯普朗克研究所(德國)和牛津大學工作。他在高影響期刊(Science、Nature、PLoS Genetics、ELife)上發(fā)表了 80 多篇論文， 并曾獲得國家自然科學基金會外籍人才資助等獎項。自 2019 年以來，一直擔任課題組負責人。

The Statistical Genomics of Bacterial Pathogens Research Unitdevelops new methods for analyzing large scale genomic datasets. We aim to understand the causes and consequences of genetic variation in highly recombining bacterial species from historical, functional, medical, ecological, and evolutionary perspectives. Prof. Falush graduated from University of Cambridge and University College London, and has worked at the University of Tokyo, the Max Planck Institute (Germany), and the University of Oxford. He has published more than 80 papers in high-impact journals (Science, Nature, PLoS Genetics, Elife) and has been awarded, for example, an NSFC Senior Foreign Talent grant. He has been the group leader of The Unit of Statistical Genetics of Bacteria since 2019.

現(xiàn)因工作需要，病原菌定量基因組學研究組公開招聘研究助理1人。入職后將在課題組長指導(dǎo)下，參與國家重點研發(fā)計劃，開展大腸桿菌、艱難梭菌等移植后繼發(fā)感染重要病原菌的起源、遺傳學特征和入侵機制研究。

Our Group is currently recruiting oneResearch Assistantdue to the requirements of our work. The selected candidatewill work under the guidance of the group leader, participating in a MOSTproject. The research will focus on the origin, genetic characteristics, and invasion mechanisms of important pathogens such as Escherichia coliandClostridioides difficile, which cause post-transplantation secondary infections.

研究助理（中級或初級）：（編號DF-RA-02）1人

Research Assistant:(No. DF-RA-02) 1person

1）工作內(nèi)容：

1.從臨床樣本中分離、培養(yǎng)病原細菌和DNA提取；

Isolation and cultivation of pathogenic bacteria and DNA extraction from clinical samples;

2.基于病原細菌的高通量測序數(shù)據(jù)，開展生物信息學、基因組學和分子流行病學分析和研究；

Conduct bioinformatics, genomics, and molecular epidemiology analysis and research based on high-throughput sequencing data of pathogenic bacteria;

3.協(xié)助課題組長完成其他科研相關(guān)工作。

Assist the group leader in completing other related research tasks.

2）應(yīng)聘條件：

1.具有微生物學、分子生物學、流行病學等生物醫(yī)學類本科或碩士學歷學位；

Bachelor's or Master's degree in biomedical disciplines such as microbiology, molecular biology, or epidemiology;

2.具備細菌分離培養(yǎng)等實驗技能，具有臨床微生物學或生物信息學背景者優(yōu)先；

Proficiency in experimental skills such as bacterial isolation and cultivation, with preference given to those with backgrounds in clinical microbiology or bioinformatics;

3.具備良好的英文閱讀和書寫能力；

Proficiency in English reading and writing;

4.為人誠信，嚴謹踏實，富有較強的獨立工作能力、責任心和團隊合作精神。
