戴森是一家全球科技公司，在馬來西亞、新加坡、菲律賓和英國皆設有研發(fā)和測試中心。目前戴森全球共有超過一萬兩千名員工，包括5853名工程師和科學家，其中東南亞的員工比例以及生產和業(yè)務經營正在不斷增長。
戴森全球各地的研發(fā)團隊致力于持續(xù)研發(fā)固態(tài)電池，高速數碼馬達，視覺系統(tǒng)，機器學習技術及人工智能方面的創(chuàng)新技術。
戴森工程與技術學院(Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology)位于威爾特郡的馬姆斯伯里鎮(zhèn)，占地67英畝，于2017年九月正式開放。戴森投入3150萬英鎊用于幫助緩解英國工程師匱乏的處境。戴森將支付學生們四年課程的全部學費，其中包含了第一年和第二年的工程學基礎知識。課程在第三年和第四年將教授電子和機械工程學。與此同時，他們還將在戴森的全球工程團隊中帶薪工作，接觸真實的工程項目，參與開發(fā)未來的戴森技術。
戴森是一家全球科技公司，也是由創(chuàng)始人、發(fā)明家及總工程師詹姆斯•戴森（JamesDyson）領導的家族企業(yè)。詹姆斯•戴森致力于利用科學技術，用以解決他人忽視的問題。目前，戴森公司在新技術中已投入25億英鎊，其中包括投入2.5億英鎊，用于馬爾姆斯伯里的研發(fā)總部和新加坡及上�？萍紝嶒炇业葦U建項目。通過這項投資，戴森不斷擴大與大學共同展開的研究計劃，并加深其核心技術領域的內部專長，如電池、電機、機器人視覺系統(tǒng)、機器學習、人工智能和材料科學。
在2017年九月，戴森宣布已經著手研發(fā)電動車長達三年。戴森承諾將投入20億英磅研發(fā)電動車并于2021年上市。該項目將憑借戴森現有技術在固態(tài)電池、馬達、視覺系統(tǒng)、機器人、流體動力學和HVAC系統(tǒng)上不斷創(chuàng)新。

| RDD 研發(fā) | As a grad, you will be working as a Web Developer, designing, developing and deploying world class Web Apps for worldwide market. You are responsible to develop world class mobile apps and cloud services by working closely with key stakeholders and other cross-site development centres. |
| Finance 財務 | As a grad, you will need to prepare and publish standard reporting on daily, weekly and/or monthly basis, participate and support monthly financial cycles, support FP&A managers on all commercial finance aspects. Being a business partner to retail/marketing/digital teams and giving analytical support to the FP&A team. |
| Legal 法務 | As a grad, you will provide proactive PA and administrative support to Lead Legal Counsel and Dyson China Legal Tea. Assist Lead legal counsels in development of standard contracts, guide internal clients on applicability of templates and provide legal opinions on amendments to NDAs and simple contracts assigned by legal counsels. |
