河北大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院是河北大學(xué)最早創(chuàng)設(shè)的專業(yè)學(xué)院，前身是成立于1960年的河北大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系，1992年撤系建院，成為河北高校第一個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)院。著名經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家楊啟先、陸百甫、蔣光遠(yuǎn)、歐陽勝、項(xiàng)鏡泉、徐叔庚等都曾執(zhí)教于此。60多年來，學(xué)院為國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展輸送各類人才萬余名，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、央行貨幣政策委員會(huì)委員樊綱，國家戰(zhàn)略研究院學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員、南海艦隊(duì)政治部原副主任陳儼，河北省原副省長、省政協(xié)副主席沈小平等都是學(xué)院畢業(yè)生的杰出代表。

學(xué)院設(shè)有經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)系、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)系、金融學(xué)系、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易系和日本研究所、人口研究所、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所等四系三所。建有應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)一級(jí)學(xué)科博士點(diǎn)，3個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn)、1個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn)，涵蓋12個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)、5個(gè)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)。世界經(jīng)濟(jì)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)為省級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科。擁有經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、金融學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、保險(xiǎn)學(xué)等5個(gè)本科專業(yè)，其中金融學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)為國家級(jí)一流本科專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)（雙萬計(jì)劃）。

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有全日制本科生、研究生2600人，其中本科生2100人，碩士研究生470人，博士研究生40人�，F(xiàn)有教職工122人，其中專任教師108人，具有高級(jí)職稱、具有博士學(xué)位的專任教師比例均在75%以上。博士生導(dǎo)師14名，碩士生導(dǎo)師66人。擁有歐盟讓·莫內(nèi)講席教授、國家“百千萬人才工程”人選、國務(wù)院特殊津貼專家、國家有突出貢獻(xiàn)中青年專家、教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃等國家級(jí)優(yōu)秀人才5人次，河北省創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)軍人才、省管優(yōu)秀專家等省部級(jí)以上高層次人才5人次，河北省“三三三”層次人才5人次。近年，學(xué)院先后派出30多名教師到國內(nèi)知名高校進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí)，派出20多名教師分赴國外18所著名大學(xué)訪學(xué)交流。

學(xué)院積極推動(dòng)新型智庫建設(shè)，建有河北大學(xué)歐洲研究所、環(huán)首都社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究院、河北農(nóng)村發(fā)展研究院、中國循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究院、中國外匯投資研究院、中日韓思想庫網(wǎng)絡(luò)河北基地、河北大學(xué)金融研究中心、統(tǒng)計(jì)決策咨詢中心等一批研究機(jī)構(gòu)。其中，“白洋淀生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)與京津冀可持續(xù)發(fā)展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心”為省級(jí)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心，“河北省生態(tài)與環(huán)境發(fā)展研究中心”入選河北省新型智庫，“河北大學(xué)資源利用與環(huán)境發(fā)展研究中心”為首批河北省人文社科重點(diǎn)研究基地。目前，學(xué)院正與諾貝爾經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)獎(jiǎng)獲得者克里斯托弗·皮薩里德斯教授合作建設(shè)河北省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究院。

學(xué)院科學(xué)研究與社會(huì)服務(wù)工作持續(xù)推進(jìn)，近年承擔(dān)國家課題39項(xiàng)（其中國家重點(diǎn)課題5項(xiàng)）、省部級(jí)課題86項(xiàng)，發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文560余篇，出版專著、教材48部，獲省部級(jí)科研成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)20項(xiàng)，承擔(dān)省、校級(jí)教改課題20余項(xiàng)，一批研究成果獲領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批示，或被有關(guān)部門采納，科學(xué)研究對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)的反哺作用不斷增強(qiáng)。

Introduction of the School of Economics, Hebei University
and High-level Talents Recruitment Announcement

As a key comprehensive university, Hebei University (HBU) is co-constructed by Ministry of Education, the People's Government of Hebei Province and State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense of PRC. It is also one of the first-level universities participating in China’s construction plan of national first-class university and world-class disciplines, with strong support from the Hebei Provincial Government. There are 67 state-level talents who are academicians of the two academies, Changjiang Scholars, winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, members of the National Baiqianwan Talents Program or Ten Thousand Talents Program, winners of National Teaching Master, national candidates of New Century Talents Project, National Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions or State Council Special Allowance Experts. There are also 342 provincial-ministerial specialists with the title of Yanzhao Scholars or Provincial Outstanding Experts.

The School of Economics was founded in 1960. Its predecessor was the Department of Economics. In 1992, it was transformed into the School of Economics. It is the first secondary college in Hebei universities. It has nearly 2,100 undergraduates, more than 470 graduate students and 40 doctoral students. It consists of four departments and three institutes: the Department of Economics, the Department of Statistics, the Department of Finance, the Department of International Economics and Trade, and the Japan Research Institute, Population Research Institute, and Regional Economic Research Institute; It has two provincial key disciplines, namely world economy and statistics.

The college has a high-quality faculty. Among the 122 staff members, there are 110 full-time teachers, including 36 professors, 47 associate professors, 14 doctoral supervisors, and 66 master supervisors. The college attaches great importance to the construction of the teaching staff, and has continuously increased exchanges and cooperation with universities and research institutions at home and abroad. More than 30 teachers have been sent to visit key universities listed in 985 and 211 Program. 23 teachers went to 18 prestigious universities in 6 countries for further studies or visits.

The college has strong disciplines, and there are doctoral programs in applied economics, master's programs in theoretical economics, applied economics, and statistics and demography, covering 12 academic master’s disciplines, 5 professional master's disciplines, and 5 undergraduate disciplines. The college has founded Hebei Collaborative Innovation Center for Baiyangdian Ecological Protection and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Sustainable Development, Hebei Province Ecology and Environment Development Research Center (a new think tank), Hebei University Environmental Protection Research Center (Hebei Humanities and Social Sciences Key Research Base), Institute of Social and Economic Development In the Area Surrounding Beijing, Hebei Rural Development Research Institute, China Circular Economy Research Institute, China Foreign Exchange Investment Research Institute, Financial Research Center of Hebei University, Statistical Decision Consulting Center, and Hebei Regional Economic Development Institute co-founded with Professor Christopher A. Pissarides, the 2010 Nobel Prize in Economics. It has undertaken 39 national projects, including 5 national key projects from 2011 to 2019. 	Class E	Age under 35. The applicants may not meet the application requirements for HBU but should be excellent doctors and specializing in the subjects that are urgently needed for discipline constructions.	Research Activation Funds:10

1. The working time for full-time position is calculated by 12 months, for the introducing full-time position foreign talents is 9 months.

2. The length of service for the talents is at least 8 years. We implement employment management, each four year is an employment term .

3.After the employment period is finished, it is allowed to apply for the "KunYu scholarship" Plan which is the HBU’s own talent support plan.
