一、論壇簡介

“福建師范大學(xué)2020年海內(nèi)外英才論壇”（線上）定于2020年12月中下旬舉辦，旨在為海內(nèi)外英才搭建高水平的學(xué)術(shù)交流平臺。誠邀全球英才參加交流合作，共同推動(dòng)福建師范大學(xué)“雙一流”建設(shè)。

三、論壇時(shí)間和報(bào)名流程

（一）論壇時(shí)間

論壇于2020年12月中下旬舉辦，分學(xué)校主論壇、學(xué)院分論壇。

（二）報(bào)名流程

1.請符合條件的海內(nèi)外英才于2020年11月30日前登陸“福建師范大學(xué)海內(nèi)外英才論壇”報(bào)名系統(tǒng)： http://fujiannormaluniversity.mikecrm.com/iLRagFE（或掃描以下二維碼）填寫相關(guān)信息。

2.2020年12月5日前，學(xué)校向受邀人才發(fā)送邀請函，邀請函中將明確論壇舉辦的確切時(shí)間和議程。

3.請受邀學(xué)者在收到邀請函后確認(rèn)是否參加，并于一周內(nèi)填寫回執(zhí)發(fā)至邀請函指定郵箱。

四、申報(bào)條件和待遇

（一）申報(bào)條件

1.具有良好的思想政治素質(zhì)，恪守高校師德行為規(guī)范和學(xué)術(shù)道德規(guī)范等職業(yè)道德規(guī)范。

2.具有博士學(xué)位，自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)領(lǐng)域申請人不超過40周歲，人文社會科學(xué)領(lǐng)域申請人不超過50歲，且具備以下條件：

具備或接近申報(bào)國家級青年人才項(xiàng)目或福建省引才“百人計(jì)劃”等省部級人才項(xiàng)目條件，或具備相當(dāng)層次學(xué)術(shù)造詣和較好發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ暮��?nèi)外優(yōu)秀人才。

（二）引進(jìn)待遇

1.對入選國家級青年人才項(xiàng)目者以及具有相當(dāng)層次學(xué)術(shù)造詣?wù)�，學(xué)校提供年薪： 不低于60萬元，購房補(bǔ)貼（含安家費(fèi)）200萬元，科研經(jīng)費(fèi)200-500萬元。

2.對進(jìn)入國家級青年人才項(xiàng)目會評答辯但未入選者和入選福建省引才“百人計(jì)劃”者以及具有相當(dāng)層次學(xué)術(shù)水平者，學(xué)校提供年薪：30-40萬元，購房補(bǔ)貼（含安家費(fèi)）100萬元，科研經(jīng)費(fèi)30-100萬元。

3.對達(dá)到較高學(xué)術(shù)水平和成就的海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀人才，經(jīng)學(xué)校與個(gè)人雙方協(xié)商，可按學(xué)校高層次人才引進(jìn)辦法或“一人一策”方式予以引進(jìn)。

以上經(jīng)費(fèi)均指人民幣、含稅，不含國家、福建省配套的生活待遇以及學(xué)校高端成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。根據(jù)實(shí)際情況，在專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)評聘、博導(dǎo)遴選等方面給予優(yōu)先考慮，子女可按政策就讀福建師范大學(xué)附屬中小學(xué)、幼兒園。

六、學(xué)校簡介

學(xué)校坐落于素有“海濱鄒魯”之譽(yù)的歷史文化名城福州，是一所歷史悠久、聲譽(yù)斐然的百年省屬高等學(xué)府。學(xué)校肇始于1907年清朝帝師陳寶琛先生創(chuàng)辦的“福建優(yōu)級師范學(xué)堂”，是教育部與福建省人民政府共建高校。2014年被確定為福建省重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的高水平大學(xué)。2018年被確定為福建省一流大學(xué)建設(shè)高校。學(xué)校整體實(shí)力進(jìn)入全國高校80強(qiáng)，QS亞洲大學(xué)350強(qiáng)。在教育部第四輪全國高校學(xué)科評估中，有3個(gè)學(xué)科進(jìn)入A類、12個(gè)學(xué)科進(jìn)入B類，A類學(xué)科數(shù)、AB類學(xué)科數(shù)均位居福建省屬高校第1位，A類學(xué)科數(shù)并列全國高校第45位。

I. Introduction

The 2020 Global Talent Forum will be held by Fujian Normal University (hereinafter referred to as "FNU") and take place in mid to late December, 2020, aiming at building a platform for high-level academic communication for young talents from home and abroad. We sincerely invite talents from all over the world to our university for academic exchange, Campus visits, and cooperation enhancement, in an effort to jointly promote the “Double First-class” construction of Fujian Normal University.

II. Professional Fields

III. Date of the Forum and Registration Process

(I) Date of the Forum

The forum, which comprises a main forum and a sub-forum, will be held in Fuzhou, in mid to late December, 2020. The specific arrangements are as follows:

(II) Registration Process

1. Global eligible applicants will log onto the registration system before November 30th, 2020, http://fujiannormaluniversity.mikecrm.com/iLRagFE and fill in the information.

2. Before December5th, 2020, the invitation letter will be sent to the invitees, in which there exist the exact time and agenda of the forum.

3. The invitees need to confirm whether they will participate within one week of receiving the invitation letter, fill in the receipt and send it to the mailbox designated in the invitation letter.

IV. Registration Conditions and Treatment

(I) Registration Conditions (One of the Following Conditions)

1. The applicants should have ideological and political quality, stick to teachers’ professional ethics, academic code of ethics and other codes of professional ethics.

2. The applicants should have a doctoral degree, and those in the fields of natural science and engineering technology should be no more than 40 years old and those in the field of humanities and social sciences no more than 50 years old, and they should meet the following requirements.

They need to be the excellent talents in possession of or to be close to applying for the National Young Talent Program, or the provincial talent project “100 Talents Plan” in Fujian province. Or those in possession of equally high academic attainments and good development potential.

(II) Introducing Treatment

1. FNU will provide scientific research funds of CNY 2 million–5 million, housing subsidies（including setting-in allowance）of CNY 2 million and annual salary of not less than 600,000 for the scholars who have been selected to National Young Talent Program, or those with equally high academic attainments.

2.FNU will provide research funds of CNY 300,000-1,000,000, housing subsidies（including setting-in allowance）of CNY 1 million and annual salary of 300,000-400,000for the scholars who have entered the plea，but not been selected into National Young Talent Program, or the scholars who have been selected into the attracting talents program -“100 Talents Plan” of Fujian Province, or those with equally high academic attainments.

3.The excellent talents with high academic attainments and good development potential can be introduced in accordance with the University policies on high-level talents introduction or the “one policy for one person” measure after mutual negotiation.

The above funds are indicated in CNY and tax inclusive, which do not include national funds、provincial funds and the achievement award of teaching research of FNU. Based on the facts, priority shall be given for evaluation and employment of professional titles for the professional skills, and their children could attend the Affiliated Kindergarten，the Affiliated Primary School and the Affiliated High School of FNU.

VI. University Overview

The University is located in Fuzhou, a famous historic and cultural city that has been honored as “Coastal City of Flourishing Culture”. It is a renowned century-old provincial higher education institute with a long history. The university originated from Fujian Excellence Normal Academy founded by the Royal Preceptor of Qing Dynasty Chen Baochen in 1907. It is a higher education institute co-built by the Ministry of Education and Fujian Provincial People’s Government. In 2014, it was endorsed as a Key High-Level University of Fujian Province; in 2017, it was endorsed into aspiring “National First-Class Universities” of Fujian Province. Currently, FNU is ranked among the top 80 Chinese higher education institutes and among the top 350 QS Asian universities in terms of its overall strength. FNU has a total of 26 disciplines on the list in the Fourth-Round National University Discipline Assessment organized by the Ministry of Education, including 3 A-class disciplines and 12 B-class disciplines, ranking 45th among national universities in terms of the number of A-class disciplines.

FNU has two main campuses: Qishan Campus and Cangshan Campus, covering a total area of about 4,000 mu. Currently, the university has 87 undergraduate programs (77 programs enrolled students in 2020), 23,513 full-time general undergraduates, and more than 8,000 graduate students. The main campus has more than 1,700 full-time teachers. FNU is dedicated to building a discipline system comprising first-class liberal arts, high-level sciences and featuring engineering discipline, having basically formed the discipline layout of a comprehensive university that covers 11 disciplines including literature, history, philosophy, science, engineering, teaching, economics, law, management, agriculture and art. The university has 1 national key discipline, 3 innovation platforms (including those under construction) of provincial university leading disciplines, 9 provincial peak disciplines, 13 provincial plateau disciplines, 18 moving post-doctoral research stations, 21 first-grade disciplines entitled to granting doctorates, 34 first-grade disciplines entitled to granting master’s degrees and 19 locations entitled to granting master’s professional degrees. Four disciplines, including chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science and Computer Science, are ranked in the top 1% of ESI. FNU has affiliated kindergartens and primary and middle schools, which are all provincial demonstration schools that play a leading and exemplary role in the basic education sector of Fuzhou City and even Fujian Province.
